For our end of the Summer trip, we went to my home, Mississippi. We spent a lot of quality time with Nana and Poppy, playing and playing. We didn't get to see a lot of friends or spend a ton of time with Aunt Ta Ta, Uncle Patrick and Coop's cousins because of ... the FLU and Strep. Sickness was rampant while we were there and I didn't want to bring it back with us to STL. At the end of our visit, we got to see cousin Cale (my oldest nephew) play baseball. He pitched for the 1st time and did SO good. We were all proud! Now it's back to STL for the Fall but at least my accent got a little stronger from visiting. For the first time in a long time, someone asked me the other day, "Where are you from?" I love to hear that question and answer- Mississippi!
