Birdhouse

When we moved into our house over 5 years ago, there was a birdhouse hanging in the back yard. We didn't think anything of it until Cooper came along. When he turned one, he started paying attention to everything about it- the birds nesting, when it started hanging from one hook and finally when if fell to the ground and was unable to be fixed. He wanted Daddy-O to fix it and fast. One Sunday, we asked Cooper if he wanted to go pick out a new one. He of course said yes and he wanted it to be yellow.

Well, there were no yellow birdhouses... so we painted one.

When Coop was finished, it was brown with one streak of yellow! What ever makes a boy happy. He loves the new birdhouse and wants the birds to fly in it every day!! He stands at the back door and yells at the birds!

Thank you Daddy-O for our new birdhouse, even if it isn't yellow!
